The story
In 2006, Dustin bought his first rental property for $17,000 while still clocking in to a 9-to-5. The check that came in every month changed how he thought about money — and what was actually possible.
Over the next decade, he quietly built a portfolio that replaced his salary. When he finally quit his job at 37, his only regret was not doing it sooner. He realized the system that worked for him could work for anyone willing to treat real estate like a business.
